What is “A Thousand Wings”?

A Thousand Wings is an Exotic Jumpship in Destiny 2. It can be obtained by completing The Whisper on the Heroic task finding five hidden chests to get the blueprint and then beating all three elemental singe versions of the Heroic mission variant.

The Whisper on Heroic – Five Hidden Chests

This Heroic version of The Whisper introduces greater-level enemies and an elemental singe, including five hidden chests, a Vex gate, and oracles. The five hidden chests are spread throughout the level:

• The first chest is before the start of the jumping puzzle. Look for the first red light, and before jumping down, look to the right to spot a hole in the wall.
• The second chest is in the room with the white vents, enter the far left vent at the back of the room.
• The third chest is on the ground floor of the green room, through a crack in the wall on the left.
• The fourth chest is at the top of the green room, along the “normal” path that requires jumping to the top of the room.
• The last chest is found past the Vex gate.

The first hidden chest is found closer to the start of the huge jumping puzzle. Now after making the first leap and before dropping down to the ledge, look near the right-hand side of the wall to find a small room with the chest inside.

The second hidden chest can be found in the rooms with various holes filled with white light. Usually, Guardians would be going toward the one on the far right-hand side of the room instead, look for the hole on the left-hand side, near the top at the back of the area. Step inside the hole and drop down to find the second chest.

The third hidden chest is found in the area with the grassy stone platforms divided by a large canyon. When you enter the room, press the left-hand side to find a cleft, enter it, go all the way to the back, and turn left again, you will see a small hole in the wall, through here is the chest.

The fourth hidden chest can be found in the grassy green room, at the very top of the room on the “normal” path. This path requires you to use the small grassy trails around the boundary of the room to leap to the very top, right above the entrance. Once you get to the top, look down between the wall to find another green ledge, this one heads to a small passage where the hidden chest will be.

The fifth hidden chest is found by proceeding through the jumping puzzle to the part with the thin ledge that coils around a circular wall. Look to the right to spot a set of platforms heading off into the fog rather than following the slim ledge and spot a Vex gate in the distance. Go to the Vex gate and look back to it to spot a small pillar, jump to it, then the blocks to the right, and then turn the corner to see the chest on the next platform.

The Whisper Oracle Spawn Order

After finding all five hidden chests you can go back to the Vex gate and find seven oracles. You must kill the oracles in a particular order, and the numbers here represent each oracle beginning from left to right:

• 1, 3, 5
• 4, 6, 7, 3, 1
• 7, 3, 1, 6, 4, 2, 5

Now a sixth and last chest will surface near the Vex Gate. Open it to find the Enigmatic Blueprint, a set of diagrams and figures of elements for an exotic ship. To complete the Enigmatic Blueprint The Whisper quest must be completed on the Heroic version using all three elemental transformers.

When you will see the Enigmatic Blueprint you will notice a description saying that The Whisper must be completed along with three weekly, elemental modifiers Arc Singe, Solar Singe, and Void Singe. These modifiers reset every week so you will have to complete the mission once each week.
