Best Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List [May] 2024
Cookie Run Kingdom has a ton of Cookies you get to play as. As a gacha game, each Cookie has its rarity. However, having a higher rarity does not automatically mean that it is the best, as some Epic Grade Cookies are found at the bottom of the list. Also, Rare Cookies are more valuable in situational scenarios than an Epic Grade. To help you choose which Cookies to build, we have compiled a Cookie Run Kingdom tier list.
Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List [May] 2024
Currently, there are 96 playable Cookies and 8 rarities, which include Ancient, Legendary, Super Epic, Epic, Guest, Special, Rare, and Common. With the huge number of playable Cookies, coupled with the fact that you can only carry five in your battle team, you might need help with which cookie you should prioritize when building or adding to your team. That is why a Cookie Run Kingdom tier list benefits veterans and new players alike.
S+ Tier List
The Cookies in the S+ Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are the strongest units in the game and are also in the meta. They are both excellent in PvP and PvE, so you can choose any of them to carry you through any in-game content. You can only lose the cookies from this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List if you don’t know how to use them.

Stardust Cookie is the latest addition to the playable Cookies in the Cookie Run Kingdom game, a Super Epic Grade who is an Ambush type and has the Middle position. His skill, Wrath of the Stars, targets the enemy with the highest ATK, descending onto it while dealing AoE damage to nearby enemies. It gives the enemies a debuff, “The Sign of the Stars,” where they cannot receive buffs, decreasing their ATK and healing while increasing the DMG they receive. Stardust Cookie is the best in this tier list.
Wildberry Cookie is the tank that you need for PvE and PVP content. He is a defense type and has the front position. His skill, Wild Punch, makes him go into Battle Rage mode. While in Battle Rage mode, he receives a Wild Buff stack every time he gets hit.
The Wild buff stack increases the DMG of his final blow. Once Battle Rage mode is finished, Wildberry deals an uppercut and a final blow to a single target while resisting interrupting effects.
Pure Vanilla Cookie is still one of the best healers in the game. His skill, Love & Peace, heals allies and gives an HP shield that absorbs incoming damage. If the target cannot receive the shield or if it gets removed, Pure Vanilla Cookie gives a buff that restores HP over time instead. In addition to all of that, he can also amplify buffs.
S Tier List
The Cookies on this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are strong and are also in the meta, similar to the S+. However, they are only strong in either PvP or PvE, which makes them only for S Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List. If you have one of the Cookies in this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List, you must build them, as they are one of the best Cookies in the Cookie Run Kingdom.

Caramel Arrow Cookie is a unique Ranged type that has the front position. Her skill, Arrow of Resolution, makes her go to the rear and then shoot the target with arrows, leaving an arrow mark on the enemy. When the Arrow Mark explodes, Caramel Arrow rushes toward the enemy, dealing damage based on the target’s HP. The skill also has a 10-second cooldown, making her immune to debuffs for 8 seconds.
Pinecone Cookie is one of the most annoying Cookies to face in PvP. Her skill Pinecone Bomb summons and rides a tree golem that heals her along with the two allies with the highest ATK. While Pinecone Cookie is riding the golem, their max HP is increased.
She will then throw the Pinecone Bomb onto the enemy with the highest ATK and stun them while dealing AoE damage to nearby enemies. If there are enemies with the Frost debuff, they also get stunned.
Frost Queen Cookie is a legendary grade Cookie that has received many nerfs but recently got buffed. Her skill Freezing Squall deals damage while freezing all enemies and applying the Frost debuff.
A frozen target gets its cooldown paused and receives additional damage when thawed. However, if the debuff is dispelled, there is no additional damage. Additionally, enemies resistant to Frost only get a portion of the damage.
A Tier List
The Cookies in the A Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are still great and usable units. If built correctly, they can handle late-game content and are also excellent options when you bring them along with a Cookie from the S+ or S tier. Affogato Cookie - Epic Grade |
Cocoa Cookie - Epic Grade |
Licorice Cookie - Epic Grade |
Milk Cookie - Epic Grade |
Prophet Cookie - Epic Grade |
Affogato Cookie is the backstabbing antagonist of Cookie Run Kingdom. He is a Bomber type in the middle position. Thanks to his skill, Sweet Scheme, Affogato Cookie is excellent when he is combined with Cookies that deal debuffs to the enemies, like the Frost Queen Cookie or Eclair Cookie. Sweet Scheme is a curse that targets an enemy with the highest ATK. The target cannot be buffed, and the curse also amplifies debuffs.
Cocoa Cookie is an excellent tank that can also heal allies. She is a defense type with her position in the front. Her skill, Cocoa is Love, attacks enemies while healing allies and making them immune to stun. Cocoa Cookie’s regular attacks also heal three allies with the lowest HP, making her one of the best support cookies.
Milk Cookie is one of the best tanks in the game. He is an Epic Defense type and positions himself at the front. His skill, Noble Sacrifice, causes area damage while taunting enemies, making them focus all their attacks on him. While Noble Sacrifice is active, his shield decreases the more damage he receives.
B Tier List
The Cookies on this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are average and can still be used in the mid-late in-game content. You can invest in them during the early to mid stages if you do not have any higher-tier Cookies. Once you do have one from the higher tier list, immediately swap the B-tier Cookies out. Some of the cookies from this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are given below.

Avocado Cookie - Rare Grade |
Knight Cookie - Rare Grade |
Adventurer Cookie - Rare Grade |
Devil Cookie - Rare Grade |
Avocado Cookie is a decent tank that you can use until you get an Epic-grade tank. She can soak up damage and can even buff an ally with her skill Battle Smithing. Battle Smithing makes her strike the ground several times, dealing AoE damage and increasing the ally’s Attack Power with the highest Attack Power.
Adventurer Cookie: Suppose you still need an Ambush type Cookie to focus on the enemy’s back lines. In that case, Adventurer Cookie is a decent option. His skill, Rope Master, deals massive damage to a single target and has a 12-second cooldown. His best topping is Searing Raspberry M, and you can get him early in the game.
Devil Cookie is another decent addition to your team. He is a Rare Magic type Cookie that positions himself in the middle. This Cookie has the skill, Devilish Rune, which summons the Devilish Rune to deal damage over time when enemies stand on it. The rune also decreases the enemies’ ATK SPD and MOV SPD, which can help your Front lines.
C Tier List
The Cookies in this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are below average but can still be useful in some scenarios. You can still invest in these Cookies, but there are better options. However, you can still use them in the early game if you do not have a better Cookie. Examples of some of the cookies from this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are given below.

Her skill, Royal Swing, causes area damage and decreases the enemy’s defense. However, she is not great when it comes to the late game, so swap her when you get a better Cookie.
Alchemist Cookie is the one for you if you want to use poison against your enemies. She is a Rare Bomber-type Cookie that has the Middle position. Her skill, Unstable Formula, makes her throw a poison formula that causes damage over time. There are three stages to the skill, and the higher the stage, the higher the damage per tick.
Carrot Cookie is a great early-game support. She is a Rare Cookie who positions herself in the middle. Her skill, Carrot Harvest, provides an increase in defense while causing area damage. The carrots collected after the attack restore HP, making her a budget Pomegranate Cookie or Strawberry Crepe Cookie.
D Tier List
The Cookies on this Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List are the ones that you should avoid using. They are the worst Cookies and they need some love from the developers. GingerBrave Cookie - Common Grade |
Ninja Cookie - Common Grade |

Sonic Cookie - Special Cookie |
Tails Cookie - Special Cookie |
Chili Pepper Cookie is the first Epic grade you can obtain. She is an Ambush type and is a decent option at the beginning of the game. Although Chili Pepper Cookie has an Epic grade, she is not that great and not recommended to build. Her toppings are Searing Raspberry, but they are more useful in the late game, so remove her from your team as early as possible.
Wizard Cookie is one of the starting Cookies. He is a Magic-type Cookie and is helpful only in the game’s early stages. He has below-average damage, and his skill, Magic Storm, does not deal enough damage. There are better damage dealer options other than him, like BlackBerry Cookie.
GingerBrave Cookie is your very first Cookie. He is a below-average Charge-type Cookie and could be more viable in the late game. However, he is a beginner-friendly Cookie, so learn how to use him. Swap him out if you get a better Charge-type Cookie.
That is all for our Cookie Run Kingdom Tier list. S+ and S tier Cookies are in the current meta and are the ones you will mostly encounter in PvP. Cookies from the A-tier are great if you build them correctly. B and C tier Cookies are excellent in the early to mid-game, so only partially invest in them.
Lastly, for the D-tier Cookies, you must refrain from using them, only use them if you have no choice, and never invest any resources in them. For more such information, you can visit our site omggamer.com where we post news and the latest updates from the world of gaming.
