It is set in an open-world scene called Palm City, a fictionalized version of the city of Miami, Florida, and its neighboring area. When you get back to a safe house, the REP you have received during the night will be multiplied by your “Heat Level”. If you are caught, you will lose your REP multiplier, but will still get your unmultiplied REP.
The storyline of the game also features when you contact the city’s police force, managed by authority figure Lt. Frank Mercer. In the game, you can find graffiti, referred to as “Street Art”, and send it to the livery editor to use it on their cars.
