Vanguard Challenges
Vanguard Challenges are Challenges for Strikes and Nightfalls that reward higher Power items. Strikes are the easiest to complete.

Gambit Challenges
Gambit was introduced in Destiny 2: Forsaken. It is a PvEvP mode in which 2 teams of 4 players collect as many Motes from dead enemies as possible.
1 player from the opponent’s team tries to attack and throw a wrench in your Mote collecting process. Compared to any other matchmade playlist mode in Destiny 2 Gambit requires much more coordination, gear, and patience.
